General Daily Schedule

Age Groups & Activities
Strawberry Campers
4 ½ -5 year olds
Banana Campers
5-6 year olds
Mango Campers
7 year olds
Coconut Campers
8-10 year olds

We expect the Strawberry and Banana Groups (ages 4 ½ -6) to spend much of the day together; also, the Mango and Coconut Groups (ages 7-10).  They will have time in smaller groups for playshops.  We also have all camper fun times, for example, an all camp carnival.  If you need to make any special requests regarding age grouping for your child, please contact our office.

Sibling Discount

Siblings registering for the same day of camp will receive 10% off their fees.
Campers who are siblings of Youth Leaders (and attending the same day of camp) will receive a 10% discount.

Financial Aid & Flexible Payment Plans

Arrange your own schedule for tuition payments. Our only request is that your tuition be paid in full by March 2015. Download the Payment Plan application here (link will be posted soon)

Youth Leaders

All Counselors-in-Training (CITs) and Junior Counselors (JCs) must have completed Monkey Business Camp Training in 2013 or 2014. JCs should contact us directly and we will process registration via email or phone.

Minimum enrollment is 2 days of camp. Single day registration is not an option for Youth Leaders.

Location

Berkwood Hedge School: 1809 Bancroft Way, Berkeley
The beautiful space includes: a large community room with a kitchen; indoor classrooms and art spaces; outdoor play area with climbing structure, swings, and sand play. We bring our variety of toys and sports equipment-hoolahoops, lunastix, soccer, basketballs, baseballs, medic balls, etc. from our vans for extra fun! The indoors will have board games, manipulatives and arts and crafts materials within easy reach of the kids.
