Payments

Cancellation Policy
Email Communication

By registering for any Monkey Business Camp program, you agree to these policies.

Fees:
Please pay in full with registration.  Pay online, send by post mail or drop by our 24 hour mailbox.  You may also send form and copy of check by fax before you mail to reserve a space faster.  Space is not guaranteed until full payment is received at our office.
Confirmation:
We confirm via e-mail within a week of receipt of your registration.  We will not be able to admit your child to camp unless you have received a confirmation.   If you do not provide an email address on your form, we will call your home phone. Contact us if you do not receive a message within 10 days.
Late Fees:
A $20 charge will apply each time we need to re-bill after an initial bill is not returned with payment.
Bounced Check:
A $25 fee will be applied to all bounced checks
Refund Policy:
If you cancel one month prior to the start of camp, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations after: if we find a replacement for your space, we will refund your fees minus a $40 processing fee. For 3 day or longer absences due to illness, please submit a written request with a doctor’s note to transfer to another MBC program. See transfer of days as alternate.
Age Division:
The group meets together in the morning and, when the group is large enough, is split for certain periods by ages, one group with 4.5-7 year olds ("Bananas"); the other with 8-10 year olds ("Coconuts").  If your child is 7 years, but nearing 8, contact us if you would prefer that s/he enroll in the older group.  During higher enrollment, we also split these groups into smaller age groups for group time and projects-the older 6 and 7 year olds (“Mangos”).
Transfer of Days:
Upon availability, we will transfer days up to one week before camp starts, for a $10 fee.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available.
Enrollment Discretionary Note:
If fees are not paid at our office or a payment plan contract is not signed before your child’s first day of camp, your child will absolutely not be admitted.
Daily Camp Info:
Parent Handbooks with specific information regarding camp days and additional policies and procedures will be emailed to parents the Monday prior to camp. Please inform us if you would prefer to receive this via post mail. We may alter plans slightly if there are fewer kids enrolled.  We may walk to a local park to play.
Receipts & Dependent Care Forms
Receipts will be e-mailed w/tax id number by 2 weeks after program end.  If you need a dependent care form signed, mail or fax it to our office.  On site staff cannot sign.
Financial Aid:
Please click here for an application. Payment plans are also available. You can request a form by emailing us: office@monkeybusinesscamp.com

Requirement to Disclose Special Needs
or Behavioral Issues

Prior to, or at the time of registration, parents/guardians are responsible for notifying us of an officially diagnosed special need. Additionally, notify us if your child’s school teacher has spoken to you with concerns about their disruptive behavior in a group setting. If your child has an aide during school, s/he will need one during camp. If your child is a return camper, we need you to update any information for our site staff at time of each camp registration to confirm that your child's participation is still possible.  Your disclosures do not necessarily preclude your child's participation.

Dismissal from Camp

There are rare times when MBC must dismiss a child due to behavioral problems that preclude a child from participating safely or effectively in a group. If a camper is dismissed for aforementioned reasons, there will be no refund for the unused, pre-registered days.

Statement of Understanding
(by registering for a Monkey Business Camp program, you agree to the following)

I hereby certify that I have given full disclosure concerning all medical, physical, and psychological conditions which may have relevance to my child's performance while at MBC. I understand that failure to provide full disclosure is grounds for immediate dismissal without refund. I will assume the necessary financial obligations and understand and agree to abide by MBC policies and procedures.
